Luteal
Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 June 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Make a Dent LLC for using the Luteal app. By downloading or using Luteal, you agree to them. Please read them — especially the subscription and medical-disclaimer sections.
1. Acceptance
By installing or using Luteal you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Luteal on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these terms and the app store’s rules.
3. Subscriptions and free trial
Luteal requires an auto-renewing subscription, which begins with a free trial (currently one month). The trial gives you full access at no charge so you can experience a complete cycle before paying.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase, after any free-trial period.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for your region unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing & cancelling. You can manage or turn off auto-renewal at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. We are not able to cancel a subscription on your behalf.
- Free-trial forfeiture. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
- Prices. Prices, plan options, and trial length are shown in the app before you purchase and vary by region and over time.
- Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests are subject to their policies and are processed by them, not by us.
4. Not medical advice
Luteal is a wellness and self-care tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. Its content, tools, and insights are for general informational and self-care purposes only and are not a substitute for professional care.
Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical or mental-health condition. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in the app. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Interfere with or disrupt the app or the services it relies on.
6. Intellectual property
Luteal, its content, design, and branding are owned by Make a Dent LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. The content you create in the app remains yours.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its insights will be accurate for your situation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Make a Dent LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
9. Changes
We may update the app and these terms over time. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Make a Dent LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
